with the pouring rain
playing a melody
on my window pane.
My mind is lost
as I reminisce
of a trembling smile;
a gentle kiss.
My eyes are puffy
as I cry myself to sleep
my mind is shattered;
my body weak
I thought I heard him
whisper my name
but it was only my weeping
